The CHG&S Summer Open 2025

We are delighted to announce that submissions are now open for our Summer Open Exhibition 2025.

Building on the success of previous years, this exhibition continues to showcase a diverse range of visual arts. We welcome submissions across all themes and mediums from both emerging and established artists, aiming to create a vibrant and inclusive exhibition.

Selection Panel

This year, selections will be made by independent adjudicator Gabhann Dunne, a distinguished Irish artist whose work explores ideas of identity, ecology, and the intersection of history and landscape.

About the Exhibition

The Summer Open is a key part of our annual programme. While there is no set theme this year, artists are encouraged to bring work that reflects their individual voice, process, and concerns — whether personal, political, poetic, or experimental.

This inclusive call welcomes artists at all stages of their careers, including recent graduates and artists from underrepresented communities. The exhibition is designed as a dynamic platform for dialogue, visibility, and growth.

Our submission process has been simplified to lower barriers and support equitable participation.

If you are experiencing any accessibility issues or require support in submitting, please get in touch. Accessibility means ensuring that everyone, regardless of ability or circumstance, can fully participate in the submission and exhibition experience.
