Terms and Conditions and Photographic Consent
By registering for and/or participating in this event, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
- Registration and Payment
- Registration is not complete until full payment is received.
- A two-tiered payment system is available: a standard fee and a subsidized fee for families in need. Please select the appropriate fee during registration.
- Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Cancellations made more than 14 days before the event will receive a full refund.
- Cancellations made within 14 days of the event will receive a 50% refund.
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 7 days of the event.
- Participation Requirements
- Participants must meet the age and any other specified requirements for the event.
- All materials needed for the event will be provided unless otherwise specified.
- Liability Waiver
- By participating in this event, you agree to release and hold harmless the organizers, instructors, and any associated entities from any and all liability, claims, or demands arising from your participation in the event, including but not limited to any injuries, accidents, or illnesses.
- Code of Conduct
- Participants are expected to behave respectfully towards instructors, staff, and other participants. Any form of disruptive behavior may result in immediate dismissal from the event without a refund.
- Photographic and Media Consent
- By participating in this event, you (and as a parent/guardian, you on behalf of your child) grant the organizers permission to photograph, video record, and make audio recordings of you and/or your child during the event.
- The images and recordings may be used for promotional, educational, and informational purposes, including but not limited to social media posts, website content, brochures, flyers, newsletters, and other marketing materials.
- You grant the organizers the right to edit, alter, copy, exhibit, publish, or distribute these photos and recordings. You waive any right to inspect or approve the finished product wherein your likeness or your child’s likeness appears.
- There will be no financial or other remuneration for the use of your or your child’s images or recordings, either for initial or subsequent transmission or playback.
- If you prefer not to have yourself or your child photographed or recorded, please notify the event organizers in writing prior to the start of the event.
- Privacy Policy
- Personal information collected during registration will be used solely for the purpose of administering the event and will not be shared with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
By completing the registration and participating in this event, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.
