Acceptance, Delivery and Return Details for Summer Open Exhibition 2024

Congratulations on being selected for The Courthouse Gallery & Studios (CHG&S) Summer Open Exhibition 2024! Please note that there are some important next steps to complete your registration.

When you register your acceptance to be shown in the Courthouse Gallery & Studios' Summer Open Exhibition 2024, you will need to choose a return method for your artwork. Please follow the steps below:

1. Registration and Return Method Selection:

• Click on the registration link to confirm your participation in the exhibition and select your preferred return method.
• You can choose to pay the return shipping fee, which ensures your artwork is returned to you after the exhibition. This fee is fully refundable if you pick up your artwork in person within 7 days after the exhibition ends (by August 15th).
• Alternatively, you can opt out of the return shipping fee if you prefer to pick up your artwork in person. Please note that we will not store your work beyond 15th August 2024.

Receive and Print Your Ticket:

• Upon registering, you will receive a ticket via email.
• Print the ticket and fill it in with your details.

Labeling and Packaging Instructions:

• Attach the completed lable ticket to the back of your artwork.
• Additionally, affix the  lable ticket to the outside of the package if you are delivering your artwork by post.

Artwork Delivery Schedule: You can deliver your accepted artwork to the Courthouse Gallery on the following dates from 12 pm to 5 pm:

• Friday, June 21st
• Saturday, June 22nd
• Monday, June 24th
• Tuesday, June 25th
• Wednesday, June 26th

Exhibition Details:

• Exhibition Dates: July 2nd to August 9th
• Preview Reception: Sunday, June 30th at 6 pm
• Work Collection: From Monday, August 12th
• Last Pick-Up Date: Thursday, August 15th
