"Giganteum" Emma Stewart-Liberty

Emma Stewart-Liberty is an artist and educator in the Burren region of County Clare/Galway. A graduate of the Ulster College of Art and Design, she has a diverse creative background that spans painting, illustration, and jewelry design. Stewart-Liberty’s artwork often draws on the Burren’s unique environment – she has exhibited paintings in the Burren College of Art café gallery that capture local landscapes and flora. A longtime arts organizer, she was involved in leadership at the Burren College of Art and also teaches community art classes in Ballyvaughan. Stewart-Liberty’s multifaceted career (including a line of handcrafted jewelry under her name) reflects an interdisciplinary approach to art, and her contributions have helped nurture the artistic community in the west of Ireland.
