Louise Barrett is a Limerick-based portrait and figurative artist working primarily in oils, acrylics, and printmaking. A self-taught painter and member of Limerick Figure Drawing Society, her practice blends classical technique with personal symbolism, often inspired by animals, nature, and sacred spaces. She has exhibited at the RA Summer Exhibition (2023–2025) and was shortlisted for the 2025 Jackson's Art Prize.
