Led by Eóin Madigan, a sixth-generation stonemason and lime practitioner from North Clare, this event will delve into the art and science of pointing, using sustainable mortars made from Irish materials. Using the Courthouse building as a backdrop and examples from its upcoming façade restoration by Eóin Madigan, funded by the Heritage Council of Ireland, this hands-on experience will provide practical insights into sustainable mortar techniques.
