Malgorzata “Gosia” Kamieniecka is a Polish-born visual artist now based in County Galway. After moving to Ireland in 2005, she fulfilled a lifelong dream by studying Fine Art Painting and Sculpture at GMIT (ATU Galway), graduating in 2014. Kamieniecka’s work is vividly coloured and highly detailed, often inspired by her love of the sea and water. She creates immersive paintings of ocean waves, reflections, and underwater scenes that invite viewers on a tranquil journey beneath the waves. A member of Artspace Studios in Galway, Kamieniecka also performs as a singer, and her artistic practice reflects a blend of creative disciplines and cultural influences from Poland and Ireland.
