Susan Madert is a painter and printmaker based at La Catedral Studios in Dublin. Her self-portraiture explores identity, belonging, and the performance of self, often set in transient spaces like hotel rooms. A graduate of Bath Academy of Art and Goldsmiths, her work has been widely exhibited, including multiple RHA Annual Exhibitions and shows at Rua Red, Hamilton Gallery, and internationally in The Hague and Margate.
